Position Description Division Primary Report to
Beauty Therapist CRES Wellness Sdn Bhd Brand Manager

Job Summary

Responsible to provide professional high quality facials beauty & body treatments to customers and also courteous service with added personal touch. To maintain a proactive approach in meeting customer needs and expectations

Job Description

  1. Perform service according to guidelines and standard procedures/steps established in CRES Professional Treatment Service Manual.
  2. Perform monthly and daily course and product sales planning, set goals for key performance indexes for therapist and ensures targets are met.
  3. Accountable in selling thru packages purchased by customers, performing appointment planning and encouraging customers’ visits.
  4. Update customer’s profile or account information by keeping records of transactions and updates on treatment performed daily.
  5. Perform on-going follow up calls after customer visits.

Experience & Skill Sets Requirement

  1. Min.1 year of experience in beauty industry.
  2. Min. MLVK Certification.
  3. Applicants must be willing to work on weekends & public holiday.
  4. Relevant aesthetic working experience will be an added advantage.

Salary Package

  1. Basic + Commission + Incentive (Total package salary range from RM2500 – RM4000)
  2. EPF & SOCSO provided
  3. 8 Days off in a month
  4. Working Location:
    • Melaka
    • Cheras Selatan, KL
    • Mytown Cheras, KL
    • USJ Taipan, Selangor
    • Bukit Tinggi, Klang
  5. Training provided.
