Upon clicking "Book Now," you will be redirected to our payment gateway to make a deposit payment of RM50. This deposit will be deducted from your receipt after the service booked has been attended. An official invoice for the deposit will be emailed to you upon payment.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Appointments:
    All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strongly encourage our valued customers to schedule appointments 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability. A non-refundable deposit of RM50 is required upon booking to secure your appointment. This measure is implemented to uphold our commitment to delivering the highest quality of service to our esteemed clientele.

  2. Deposit Payment:
    A RM50 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to secure appointments. For bookings involving more than two persons, the deposit will be RM50 for each individual. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  3. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit. While deposits are non-refundable, customers may propose a new appointment time, subject to availability. It is important to note that deposits will be forfeited if rescheduling is not initiated within ONE month from the date of the deposit.

  4. Rescheduling:
    Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, contingent upon availability. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
