Deposit Payment:

Upon clicking "Book Now," you will be redirected to our payment gateway to make the RM50 deposit. An official invoice for the deposit will be emailed to you upon payment.

This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

A RM50 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. For bookings of more than two persons, the deposit is RM50 per individual.
Special Offer: First Trial Rate
The first trial rate is exclusively available for online bookings and applies only to new Malaysian customers. Walk-ins are not eligible for this offer, with no exceptions.
Appointment Confirmation​​:

Once you submit your preferred date and time, our customer service team will confirm your appointment via chat, subject to availability. If your chosen slot is unavailable, we’ll offer alternative options to suit your schedule.

You will receive a final confirmation message from our customer service, which must be presented at our outlets upon arrival.

Important: Same-day bookings are strictly not allowed.

Booking and arriving on the same day is strictly not allowed. If this policy is violated, our outlets have the right to refuse your booking without exception.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Notify our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Deposits will be forfeited if rescheduling is not initiated within one month from the date of the original deposit.

Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
Our customer service team only available from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. In case of emergencies, we urge customers to contact your appointed outlet directly. Please refer to here for outlet contact details.
